Quantum is a small, experienced consulting firm that specializes in:

We have been successfully involved in a wide variety of projects for our customers since 1992 by tapping the creativity of the organization, grounding it in solid analytics and fueling the organization through employee participation to achieve significant breakthroughs focused on their customers.

Our Customers

Quantum has two broad customer segments.  Our traditional segment is composed of insurance companies in the property and casualty (both personal and commercial lines), managed care, asset allocation, pensions and retirement  or life lines of business.  Our project sponsors are normally company presidents or chairmen, division and segment heads or major department heads.    We have worked with companies ranging from start-ups with no assets to those with billions of dollars in assets and revenues.    

Our new small business segment, established in 2004, is evolving as we adapt our approach to this new area's differing needs.   We have already worked with an eclectic  range of businesses such as consulting, professional organizing, wholesale nursery and grower, agri-entertainment, and IT consulting.  Quantum also continues to perform pro bono work for selected, local charities and non-profit organizations.
