Human Dimensions
For processes to work most effectively,
organization structures, jobs and other supporting human resources programs must
be changed and employees' jobs enhanced. In addition, the new design must
be effectively implemented and interfaced with the remaining parts of the
organization. Gaining acceptance is an imperative in the affected
organization; alignment with the rest of the company is critical to long term

We are very comfortable and effective working
directly with agents and customers to identify and potentially solve problems,
to evaluate service, to brainstorm new products or other improvement ideas, or
to evaluate a new product or way of doing business. Our insurance
backgrounds allow for more in-depth discussions in focus groups or phone

Design
is the easiest part of any transformation or implementation project. But
often design is undone by a thousand small decisions and compromises.
Additionally, the discipline of meeting deadlines, monitoring progress and
communicating the reality of the project is often missing. Quantum can provide a
periodic review of the implementation projects to provide an objective update of
